The TYSSE project added an extension the Toronto  subway system. As part of our services, we have been hired to perform Contract Administration for the TTC Finch Station project and  Project Management services  for the tunnel shafts Structural  Works and EEB (Emergency Exit Building).  

The TTC expanded their Wilson Yard Facility to support the TYSSE extension as well as improved their facilities as part of their overall logistics improvements. As Construction Managers , we have provided support services and acted on behalf of the the client in the expansion project. 

Improved and built projects for the Peel Region (police facilities management), EMS service centers,  sports arena (Whitby) and more.

Union Station Revitalizations Project (Phase 2 & 3), one of most challenging projects in the history of the public transportations in Toronto, where a full floor was added under the active station and improvements made throughout the entire historic building in downtown Toronto

The projects include but are not limited to the  Distillery District  residential towers and the Shangri-la hotel and residence building envelopes.

Engineering services for general contractors and specialty trades in many high-rise condominiums in the GTA.
